As Chief Operating Officer, you'll own how HyScaler runs end to end, translating vision and strategy into disciplined, measurable execution across every function. You'll build and lead the operating model, drive operational and financial performance, scale teams and systems, and partner with the CEO and leadership to steer the business.
This is an executive seat for a proven operator who can hold the whole company together while it grows fast.

Must Have
- 15+ years of leadership, including executive operations roles
- A proven record of running and scaling a business
- Strong command of finance, performance and org design
- Exceptional leadership, judgement and communication
- The ability to hold a whole company together through growth
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT services or product company
- Experience operating at CxO or board level
- A background scaling teams across functions and offices
- Experience partnering directly with a CEO or founder
- A track record of turning strategy into execution at scale
