As Manager, Corporate & Business Operations, you'll own the operations function end to end, leading the team and the systems that keep HyScaler running. You'll set process governance, manage budgets, vendors and SLAs, own operational KPIs, and partner with leadership to translate strategy into smooth execution.

Responsibilities
- Own the operations function end to end
- Lead, coach and grow the operations team
- Set process governance and operating standards
- Manage budgets, vendors, contracts and SLAs
- Own operational KPIs and partner with leadership on strategy
Must Have
- 6+ years in operations, with team leadership experience
- A track record of owning processes, budgets and vendors
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The judgement to prioritise and keep decisions moving
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT services or product company
- Exposure to ERP or operations tooling such as Odoo
- Experience defining KPIs and operating cadences
- A background managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Experience building or scaling a team
