As a Senior Operations Executive, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day engine of HyScaler, running key operational workstreams end to end and setting the standard for how work gets tracked, reported and closed. You'll tighten processes, unblock cross-team dependencies, mentor junior operations staff, and give leadership clean, timely visibility into what's moving and what's stuck.

Responsibilities
- Run key operational workstreams end to end
- Track, report and close work to a consistent standard
- Tighten and document day-to-day processes
- Unblock cross-team dependencies and keep delivery moving
- Mentor and support junior operations staff
Must Have
- 2+ years in operations, administration or a similar function
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence with spreadsheets, trackers and reporting tools
- Strong written and spoken English
- A dependable, ownership-driven approach to work
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT services or product company
- Exposure to tools like Odoo, Notion or project management software
- Some experience coordinating small teams or vendors
- Familiarity with defining or documenting processes
- Interest in growing into an operations leadership role
