Must Have
- 10+ years in operations, including senior leadership
- Proven experience scaling operations through growth
- Strong command of budgets, KPIs and performance management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A systems mindset at company scale
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT services or product company
- Exposure to multi-team or multi-office operations
- Experience partnering at board or executive level
- A track record of building operating models from scratch
- Experience leading operations through rapid growth
